Die zweite Lizenz zum Klettern DVD

Die zweite Lizenz zum Klettern DVD ist keine Neuauflage der ersten Lizenz DVD, sondern eine Ergänzung und Erweiterung mit neuem Konzept „Kletterleistung de/konstruiert.“ Am Anfang steht die Frage „Was wissen wir übers Klettern?“

Gerade ist sie presswarm eingetroffen, käuflich erwerben kann man sie hier.

Was wissen wir übers Klettern?

Die Frühgeschichte der Menschenaffen kann etwa 32 Mio. Jahre zurückverfolgt werden. Innerhalb unserer Familie gibt es verschieden enge Verwandtschaftsgrade, so sind Schimpansen und Gorillas näher mit uns als mit den Orang-Utans verwandt. Erst vor rund 6 Millionen Jahren trennten sich die Wege von Menschen und Schimpansen.

Das heisst also, dass selbst wenn wir das Klettern sofort nach der Trennung von den Chimpansenaufgegeben hätten (was wir ja offensichtlich nicht haben) hat jeder Mensch, egal ob er klettert oder nicht, 24 Millionen Jahre Klettererfahrung in sich! Den Anfang dieses Kapitels auf der 2ten Lizenz zum Klettern DVD und mehr über die Geschichte unserer bevorzugten Fortbewegungsart gibt es hier!

Klettern am Rande der eigenen Möglichkeiten

„Das Gehirn ist der wichtigste Muskel beim Klettern!“ hat WolfgangGüllich gesagt. Wolfgang war vor allem Rotpunktkletterer, jemand dersich völlig in seinen Projekten versenkt und kein Detail übersieht umeine unmögliche Linie schließlich hochzukommen. In welchem Maße dieabsolute Besessenheit und Hingabe zwingend für die Bewältigung einesgrenzwärtigen Projekts Voraussetzung ist, zeigt wohl niemand deutlicherals Toni Lamprecht. Seit über zwölf Jahren bouldert er an derAtlantiswand in Kochel. Toni kennt hier jeden Griff und jeden Trick! Seine Begehung von Assasin, Monkey and Man, eines der schwierigsten Boulderprobleme wurde dennoch ein Grenzgang. Ändert Toni nur einen Zugoder eine Halteart um eine Nuance, führt dies zu einer Kaskade vonÄnderungen der vorangehenden und folgenden Züge. Noch nie wurde dieEnstehung und Bewältung eines Boulderproblems so detailiertdargestellt!

Der Ausschnitt aus dem Film „Atlantiswand bouldern, 10,000 BC bis 2008“oben zeigt einen interessanten Vergleich zweier Begehungen von„Antonator, 8b“. Nachdem Toni 1997 die Erstbegehung gelungen war, wurdeder Antonator als „unmöglich“ für jeden nicht seine körperlichenVoraussetzungen (1,88m Körpergröße, knapp 2m Spannweite) hat,beurteilt. Chris Münch zeigte bei seiner dritten Begehung 2008 jedoch,dass der Antonator durch raffinierten Einsatz von Hooks für jedenknackbar ist.

Kletterwettbewerbe, in jeder Form!

Sich und seine Leistung vergleichen zu wollen ist menschlich. Wettbewerbe bieten dazu die beste und ehrlichste Möglichkeit. Alle anderen Vergleiche, etwa über Schwierigkeitsgrade, oder Schnelligkeit der Begehung bzw. Abwertung schon bestehender Klettereien ist unbefriedigend und artet oft in Erbsenzählerei aus.
Seit über 30 jahren die ursprünglichste und immer noch sehr lebendige Austragungsform von Kletterwettbewerben ist der draussen stattfindende Boulderwettbewerb für jedermann und jede Frau. Natürlich braucht man für die Austragung einer solchen Veranstaltung ein grosses Bouldergebiet, aber auch die Infrastruktur um es für Teilnehmer und Zuschauer zugänglich zu machen. In Europa finden interessanteste Jedermann Bouldercontests in Petrorahd und im Val di Mello beim sogenanannten Melloblocco statt. Jeder Teilnehmer bekommt eine Scorecard und gewisse Zeit um so viele Boulderprobleme wie möglich zu klettern. Natürlich haben die Lokals immer die besseren Karten, bei diesen Veranstaltungen steht aber der Spass sich mit anderen Kletterern auszutauschen und zu vergleichen im Vordergrund!

Inzwischen gibt es also verschiedene Spielarten um sich auszutoben. Vom „traditionellen“ Leadbewerb zum Jedermannboulderspektakel wie in Spittle Hill. Warum manche talentierte Kletterer nur einmal in ihrem Leben brillieren und andere konstant ins Finale klettern, welche Rolle Technik, Taktik und derkörperlichen Vorbereitung zukommen wird ausführlich anhand der Duelle der erfolreichsten Kletterer untersucht. All dies ist keineswegs nurfür Wettbewerbskletterer interessant denn spätestens seit PatxiUsobiagas Rotpunktrausch vom Herbst 2007 wisssen wir, dass Wettkämpflerdie körperlich fittesten Kletterer sind!

Mehrseillängen Taktik

Und nochmal Toni Lamprecht: eine dreizehn Seillängen Tour, derenschwierigste Länge „nur“ 8a ist, sollte doch leicht für ihn sein, oder? Ja, schon, wäre da nicht Hitze, die eigenen Nerven, nasse Griffe unddie Tatsache, dass die Verdonschlucht eben doch nicht nur ein Klettergarten ist. „Der Lauf der Zeit - befreit!“ ist eine packende Dokumentation der Befreiung der Route „Les Marches du temps“ von UliStrunz und Toni Lamprecht bei dem die Komplexität einer solchenUnternehmung deutlich wird. Soulklettern, oder: Klettern, bei dem der Schwierigkeitsgrad nicht im Vordergrund steht.

Schwierigkeitsgrade, Erstbehungen, Platzierungen, alles Gut und schön,was die meisten jedoch am Klettern fasziniert ist die Freude an derBewegung (immerhin die erste der menschlichen Fortbewegungsarten!), dieReisen und Entdeckungen und das Miteinander. Das Soulklettern Kapitel widmet sich mit ganz unterschiedlichen Filmen diesem wichtigsten Aspekt. Ein Beispiel für die verschieden Spielarten des freien Klettern ist der Kurzfilm „Verdon deep water soloing“ unten.
